Field to Fork, to the National Cake Awards
Congrats to our young super-star chef Dan Farley whose ‘Quince Whirls’ have been shortlisted to appear in the finals of the National Cake Awards held at the Food Show at the NEC in late April. Having perfected his whirl bakes Dan has added a bit of local zest in the fillings by using Quince jam in the fillings. In keeping with our Field to Fork philosophy, the Quinces are grown in our own garden and the freshly made Whirls feature in the Cafe.
