Live Music Night!

We had a great evening with our incredible friends 'Acoustic Avenue'. Ben & Jackie an Essex-based acoustic duo provided live music to accompany our Head Chef's specially created light bite menu. A repertoire spanning decades and genres, brought everyone together from the local area!

Food for the evening included Classic bruschetta crostini, Crispy whitebait, small, battered whitebait served with tartare sauce & Sticky beef hash! Other options for the evening included our Fried zucchini with tomato relish & Fresh baked focaccia with olive oil and balsamic.

Head Chef Henry Smith delighted guests with our new Pizza Menu including...

- Blue cheese and roasted fig, rocket & drizzle of olive oil
- Crisp Prosciutto and nduja with sundried tomato and rocket
- Wild mushroom and white truffle oil

To finish off the evening, desserts included Strawberry coulis with macerated strawberries, vanilla crème diplomat, vanilla tuille & mint. Or for the countryside lovers, the 'Cornfield' with Popcorn pannacotta, caramel popcorn, fresh raspberries & vanilla tuille. Our lavender all along the garden was pride of place with our 'Busy bee' dessert using fresh sprigs of lavender to top off vanilla ice cream, lavender syrup & honeycomb!
